Returns Policy
In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it within 7 days for a full refund or an exchange. Simply email to notify us of your intention and inform us of the reason for the return stating whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange for another item.
Subject to the goods being returned in the condition in which they were despatched, with all labels/tickets attached with plastic wrapping intact and full packaging utilised we will commence the refund/exchange process.
When returning goods please ensure that you send the items back by recorded delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are not received or are damaged in transit. Please note that we are unable to refund postage or courier charges for goods that are being exchanged or refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
